In this talk, we will discuss the effects of disorder in the unconventional superconductors from three aspects: (1) we employ the statistic dynamical mean-field theory (DMFT) approach to study the interplay between Anderson metal-insulator transition (MIT) and Mott MIT;(2) we compare the localization effects of disorder on Cooper pairs in superconductors with s-wave and d-wave symmetries;(3) we study the multi-orbital effects on the Mott-Anderson transition in Cu-substituted iron-based superconductors by expanding an inhomogeneous three-band Hubbard model to describe the substitution effects of Cu for Fe.Our findings can explain some experimental findings about the Fe-based superconductors NaFe1-xCuxAs and Fe1-xCuxSe.
