本文对BRT-A型波纹人字形条缝肋片空气表冷器的试验研究进行了介绍。其内容包括了肋片形式设计中强化换热的措施与机理;样机的性能试验;按正交实验设计安排实验工况;用修正的高斯—牛顿法等方法进行实验数据处理,得出传热系数、显热表面换热系数、空气阻力、水阻力等实验公式,并对回归方程作了显著性检验;还分别用面积和体积综合评价因子η_(Af)、η_v、作了综合性能评价,说明该型表冷器是一种传热性能好、结构紧凑、且经济的新型表冷器。
In this paper, the experimental study of BRT-A corrugated herringbone seam rib air cooler was introduced.
