泥鳅是中国大众喜爱的传统水产品，其味道鲜美，营养丰富.泥鳅具有悠久的药用历史，可用来预防肝炎、骨髓炎、癌症等各种炎症，同时对恢复虚弱大有益处.Ala-His-Leu-Leu(AHLL)是来源于泥鳅的一种新型的ACE 抑制肽，通过酶的定向酶解及多级分离纯化而得，在我们前期的研究中AHLL 展现了优越的ACE 抑制活性.本研究通过Caco-2 单细胞模型研究AHLL 的小肠吸收及转运特性.

杨梅素是一种广泛存在于浆果类及木本植物的叶子和根中的天然黄酮醇，已证实具有抗氧化、抗辐射、抗肿瘤、抗炎、降血糖等多种生物活性。但杨梅素的水溶性差、口服利用率低，从而限制了其应用潜力。为了提高杨梅素的生物利用率，本实验制备了杨梅素口服微乳体系。
