本文对16Mn、08PVXt、440C和4340钢在蒸馏水和3.5%NaCl水溶液中的疲劳裂纹扩展速率(FCGR)进行了实验研究,并与一些钢在同类介质中的腐蚀疲劳(CF)实验结果进行了对比。结果表明:一般钢在前种介质中的疲劳寿命(FL)较后者长;08PVXt、440C及4340钢在蒸馏水中的FCGR较NaCl水溶液中高。而16Mn钢则有相反的结果。作者认为,这种情况是由于Cl~-在裂纹萌生和宏观裂纹扩展过程中起的不同作用所致。
In this paper, the fatigue crack growth rate (FCGR) of 16Mn, 08PVXt, 440C and 4340 steel in distilled water and 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution has been studied experimentally and compared with the results of some experiments on the corrosion fatigue (CF) . The results show that the fatigue life (FL) of general steel in the former medium is longer than the latter; FCGR of 08PVXt, 440C and 4340 steel in distilled water is higher than that in NaCl aqueous solution. The 16Mn steel has the opposite result. The authors believe this is due to the different roles played by Cl ~ - during crack initiation and macro-crack propagation.
