The number of university graduates is increasing each year with the expansion of university enrolment.The whole society is paying much attention to the difficult employment situation.The requirement of enterprise for college students comprehensive quality has become higher.As an important part of the comprehensive quality, will professional quality influence the employment quality of college students? This paper attempts to explore the influence of professional quality on employment quality of college students so as to provide some recommendations for the cultivation of professional quality of students and the professional quality education of universities.Correlation analysis showed that professional quality of university graduates has positive relation with employment quality, especially related with employment opportunities and quality of the corporation.Meanwhile students attitude towards life and their willingness to work have significant relation with employment quality.Regression analysis showed that students attitude towards life has significant positive impact on employment quality and at the same time professional quality of university graduates has significant positive impact on employment opportunities and quality of the corporation.
