电解水产氢作为经典的制氢方法之一，受到许多科研工作者的关注。尽管H-H是最简单的共价键，但是在没有催化剂存在下产生氢气所需的热力学和动力学能垒是非常高的，因此，析氢反应的催化剂的研究一致是热点课题。钴咔咯用于电催化水解产氢已经有不少报道，为了改善钴咔咯在均相体系中溶解性不好的缺点，多数的钴咔咯是被负载在碳纳米管[1]，石墨烯[2]，氧化铟锡玻璃[3-4]等材料上，用于非均相体系产氢。

为模拟自然界光催化过程，本文提出以荷电的聚砜膜为载体，采用静电组装法将卟啉负载到膜表面，在可见光照射下降解染料废水，光催化与膜分离耦合实现染料废水的同步降解与分离。本文首先采用均相法依次经氯甲基化和季铵化制备了季铵化聚砜(QAPSF)，并采用非溶剂相转化法制备了季铵化聚砜膜，调控膜结构，获得了断面为海绵状孔结构的季铵化聚砜膜。

传统的Fenton试剂法在水处理的应用中存在缺点：pH的范围偏酸(2-3),二价铁和三价铁转化速率慢等。研究发现,在Fenton体系中添加有机配体不仅能够拓宽反应体系pH的使用范围,而且还可以加速不同价态铁的相互转换。例如：Fe-NTA,Fe-citrate和Fe-L-cysteine等。但是,大多数羧酸类配体的使用条件pH＜7,同时反应体系需要额外能量的激发。
