针对攀钢转炉半钢炼钢存在的成渣慢,脱磷率低,炉后回磷大的问题,通过对造渣工艺、供氧、复吹底部供气、终点控制等多方面技术的优化,提高了转炉脱磷率。生产实践表明,采用转炉单渣法冶炼平均脱磷率达到了90%以上,转炉终点磷可稳定控制在0.007%以下,炉后回磷在0.003%以下,满足了成品[P]≤0.010%的低磷钢的生产需求。
