Recently,because of the complexity of tumor microenvironment,it appears that it is a potent success to combine drug and gene therapeutics.1 However,due to the non-targeted distribution of small drugs in healthy tissues and the lower uptake of genes because of their negative surfaces,the co-localization of drugs and genes to achieve successful synergistic effect remains critical challenging.
