Background Acute exhaustive exercise can induce myocardial necrosis, the effect of Xinfukang oral liquid on heart has aroused increasing attention.Methods A total of 45 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into 3 groups: (1) group NC, (2) Xinfukang oral liquid, 3 g·kg-1·d-1 pretreatment group, (3) acute exhaustive group.Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the injury of myocardial cells.DNA ladder were detected to observed myocardial cell DNA injury, Western blotting were used to analyze the expression of total Erk and phosphorylated Erk in all groups.
