提出了一种减少普通振动供料机(简称“普通机”)对外振扰的新方法——复式载体自平衡法及其具体实现结构——复槽自平衡振动供料机(简称“新型机”)。建立了新型机的动力学模型,分析了该机的主要特性。对新型机和普通机的动态特性作了对比分析。论证了新型机在减少振扰、提高效率、降低能耗、减轻机重等方面均优于普通机。为普通机以及类似振动机械的更新提供了理论和实验依据。
