In view of the satellite attitude measurement accuracy was low to meet the transmission type stereo mapping application requirements of 1∶50000 topographic scale without ground control points(GCPs),so the improved three-line array CCD mapping system was proposed.Based on the equivalent frame photo(EFP)bundle adjustment method and image motion velocity vector model,the line-matrix CCD array(LMCCD)mapping system has been firstly used in the world.In-orbit testing shows the camera meets global mapping requirements without GCPs,demonstrates the positioning accuracy for stereo mapping has been improved by adding the real coordinate of connection points.
