With the development of ultraviolet LED(UV-LED)technology,LED light source is gradually replacing the application of traditional ultraviolet light source in the field of curing.However,the measurement of UV-LED has great challenges.There are large deviations in measurements of ultraviolet LED from different manufacturers and laboratories.The high consistent and high reproducible measurement methods are urgently needed.This paper analyzes the reasons of measurement deviations of UV-LED,for both radiant flux and radiance measurement.High accuracy calibration and measurement schemes are proposed in this paper,that the expanded measurement uncertainty can be with in 2%(k=2).In addition,this paper also proposes a radiant flux measurement solution that can be widely used in industrial laboratories,and the expanded measurement uncertainty is within 5%(k=2).Meanwhile,the accurate on-site UV irradiance measurement solution is also provided.
