【摘要】

：

目的比较冠状动脉介入治疗中等渗造影剂与低渗造影剂的肾毒性差异.方法计算机检索CENTRAL、EMbase、PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfang Data)、维普数据库(VIP)和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)数据库,查找比较冠状动脉介入治疗中等渗与低渗造影剂肾毒性差异的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间均由建库至2014年1月,同时对文献的参考文献进行手检纳入.按照制定

提升外科病房肠造口照护能力训练计划

目的：近年来随着生活饮食的改变，大肠直肠癌一直是死因排名十名内，本院暂无大肠治疗室，故肠造口照护皆由护理人员执行.2012 年11 月-12 月检视临床患者肠造口照护，发现完整性仅40％，其中发现造口皮肤受损达60％，使患者除了面对外科伤口外，还须学习肠造口护理，若在住院过程中若可提供完整且正确的照护，不仅提高了照护质量，也可降低患者与家属出院后的不确定感与照护压力，更可减少不必要的医疗照护成本.
