Background:An anomalous right coronary artery arising from the left sinus of Valsalva(ARCA) has potential risk of myocardial infarction or sudden cardiac death(SCD) and it should be considered a potentially dangerous anomaly.The aim of this study is to understand more of the anatomy of the congenital coronary anomalies and the functional change during the cardiac cycle with multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT) scan before preceding their correct treatment options,so as to improve clinical outcomes.
