急性马尾神经损伤显微外科修复疗效观察
目的 探讨急性马尾神经损伤一期显微外科修复的远期疗效。方法 对腰椎骨折合并马尾神经损伤的部分瘫患者，急诊行后路手术复位固定同时，一期切开硬膜囊，探查马尾神经损伤情况，断裂部分予以一期显微外科束膜缝合；本组共15例病人，年龄20-60岁，男10例、女5例；腰3-骶1骨折，均有0-1级肌瘫，感觉大部分或完全丧失；所选病例为伤后2-8小时，探查马尾神经断裂为部分束枝断裂，撕脱程度及捻挫程度、长度不重者。

一期前后联合入路治疗腰椎非特异性感染
目的 观察一期前后联合入路治疗腰椎非特异性感染的临床疗效。方法 2010年1月～2013年6月对纳入手术标准(神经刺激症状及腰痛明显,有椎旁软组织增厚或脓肿形成,椎体及椎间盘破坏、椎间隙变窄,椎体呈现不稳表现,或者后凸畸形明显,MRI或(和)CT显示感染征象,基本排除结核及布氏杆菌性脊柱炎等特异性感染)的12例腰椎非特异性感染采取一期后路椎弓根螺钉固定、前路病灶清除椎间自体骨移植。

6S管理在膝关节单髁置换治疗骨性关节炎的康复护理中应用
目的：总结探讨6s管理对膝关节内侧间室单髁置换患者的康复效果。方法：回顾性分析我科自2013年6月～2016年5月应用膝关节单髁置换术治疗单间室病变骨关节炎患者18例共21膝，全获得良好随访，男8例9膝，女10例12膝，年龄64～76岁，平均68岁。通过围手术期6s管理(6S即整理、整顿、清洁、素养、规范、安全，"6S"之间彼此关联，整理、整顿、清扫是具体内容；清洁是指将上面的3S实施的做法制度化
