In the High temperature gas cooled reactor(HTGR),the radio nuclides produced by fission and activating reactions would be carried into circulation by helium.Tritium is one of the most important radioactive products due to its long half life and large biological perniciousness.When analyzing the source terms especially Tritium in HTGR,it is necessary to know the amount of Tritium adsorbed on the component materials of primary circuit such as graphite,SiC,2·1/4Cr1Mo and so on.Furthermore,the detail mechanism of adsorption is also essential,which could not be obtained from traditional phenomenological analysis and conservative estimation.
