本文选取ICT产业为研究背景,利用国家知识产权局专利数据库,以广泛用来研究合作创新的代理指标——联合专利申请为切入点,将信息计量学与社会网络分析方法相结合,定量分析我国ICT产业产学研合作创新的特征,从而为制定相关的产业政策提供依据。研究结果表明:我国ICT产业的创新主体已由大学转变为企业,但产学研合作不够频繁和广泛,产学研合作空间很大。
This article selects ICT industry as the research background, uses the patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office, and takes the agency index widely used to study the cooperative innovation as the starting point. It combines information econometrics and social network analysis methods to quantitatively analyze China The characteristics of cooperative innovation in production, study and research of ICT industry provide the basis for formulating relevant industrial policies. The results show that: The main body of innovation in China’s ICT industry has been transformed from a university into a business, but the cooperation between production, study and research is not frequent enough and extensive. There is great room for cooperation in production, study and research.
