MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are short non-coding RNAs that modulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level and are known to be involved in cancerogenesis.miRNAs typical target the 3UTR of transcripts and downregulate protein expression.In previous report,we found that several miRNAs bind 3UTR of target transcripts to enhance their expression (J Biol Chem.2013,288:4035-47,etc).
