　　Most natural biomaterials such as brain,cartilage and bones are composite materials that consist of the viscoelastic matrix and the elastic inhomogeneity.Mechanical characterization of the biomaterials helps us to better understand their responses under mechanical stimulation,or improve the design of man-made bio-composites.
