This paper presents a nonlinear dynamic analysis of a micro-actuator based on a new constitutive relationship.The theoretical formulations are based on strain gradient elasticity theory which introduced by E.C.Aifantis,Bernoulli-Euler beam theory and include the effect of material nonlinearity.By employing Galerkin method, the nonlinear partial differential governing equation is decoupled into a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equations which are then solved using Runge-Kutta method.
