Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is generally observed as a massive tumor originated from one lobe in dogs.Surgery is the treatment of choice in dogs with a massive HCC.However, complete resection is technically difficult in the cases with an extremely enlarged HCC pressing or involving the large vessels such as caudal vena cava and main hepatic veins. This study aimed to report the divisional hepatic lobectomy for complete resection of very large HCC and successful treatment of paraneoplastic hypoglycemic seizures in a dog.
