Cement clinker with improved early strength can perform much better when incorporated with supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs).As the increasing usage of SCMs in cement and concrete, it is beneficial to improve the strength of cement clinker, especially the early strength.The combination of yeelimite, a contributor for early strength, and alite, another main mineral provide both early and late strength, could be a perfect hybrid-alite-yeelimite cement clinker.But it is difficult to make clinker with high alite content with the presence of yeelimite.
