【摘 要】
:
目的 通过高脂高能饲料喂养制备肥胖大鼠模型.观察降脂、调整脂肪酸构成和限能等膳食调整干预对大鼠体重、脂联素及糖脂代谢的影响,分析其在肥胖及糖脂代谢改善中所起的作用.为肥胖及相关疾病的防治提供新思路和科学依据.
