生态工业园系统能值分析--以福州经济技术开发区为例

根据能值理论与分析方法,在绘制福州经济技术开发区生态流能量系统图、建立能值分析表的基础上计算了2006-2012年开发区生态系统各主要能值评价指标,从环境、经济、社会三个角度对开发区能值指数7年来的变化趋势进行了分析讨论.结果表明,福州经济技术开发区大量依赖系统外部投入的煤炭、钢材等不可更新资源,环境负载率基本逐年增加,废物能值比相对较低但小幅上升;系统净能值产出率均高于10并且持续攀升,能值货币比均低于国内基准8.67E+12sej/($),反映了开发区经济发展态势良好;系统能值密度约为2.40E+21sej/m2,高于国内发达地区北京;可持续发展指数较低,但随着区内电子信息行业的快速发展,可持续发展指数总体呈上升趋势,预计随着国家生态工业示范园区的进一步建设,开发区的中远期发展是可持续的.研究结果为开发区未来经济与环境协调发展的科学管理提供指导依据.
