　　Background: Cyclin D2(CCND2) is a member of the D-type cyclin family, and the protein encoded by this gene has been shown to interact with and be involved in the phosphorylation of tumor suppressor protein Rb.Overexpression of CCND2 is associated with the development of tumors.In this study, rs1049606 (CCND2 4383036C>T) was selected to evaluate its relationship with the risk of childhood ALL among Chinese han population.
