　　IYou-Gui pill is one of the famous formulas of traditional chinese medicine for treatment of deficiency of kidney-yang.However,the chemical composition of You-Gui pill has not been defined.An ultra-performance liquid chromatography separation coupled with electronic spray ionization linear ion trap-Orbitrap tandem mass spectrometer was applied to identify possible chemical constituent in You-Gui pill.
