Blood plasma separation in microfluidic devices is a key element in microfluidics-based biodetection and lab on-a-chip technology.Acoustophoresis based blood plasma separation can be considered as one of the efficient approaches for high-throughput separation in microfluidics. But the physics of blood plasma separation form whole blood(dense suspension)by using acoustophoresis is poorly understood.
