Tissue engineering could provide an alternative method to traditional surgical treatments in repairing and regeneration of bone tissues, and an appropriate scaffold supporting osteoblast proliferation is a key element in this approach[1].In the present study, electrospun poly-L-lactide (PLLA) nanofibrous scaffold loaded with osteoblasts-derived extracellular matrix (O-ECM) was developed to build a new type of biomimetic scaffold for bone tissue engineering.
