非线性Ge-As-Se硫系光纤的制备与性能研究

  硫系玻璃具有优异的红外传输性能、高的三阶非线性折射率、较好的玻璃态稳定性和化学稳定性,被认为是较理想的红外光学非线性材料.然而,硫系玻璃普遍存在光致折射率变化现象,严重影响非线性光学器件的工作稳定性.研究表明,平均配位数(MCN)为2.45-2.50的Ge-As-Se硫系玻璃具有极小的光致变化效应.据此我们尝试了以Ge 10.5As25 Se64.5 (MCN=2.46)作为芯玻璃制备具有芯包结构的低损耗光纤,期望促进光学性能稳定的非线性光纤器件的研究.采用动态化学蒸馏工艺制备了高纯Ge-As-Se玻璃,拉制了数值孔径(NA)约为0.2的光纤.提纯后玻璃的实际组成与名义组成一致,玻璃中C、H、O杂质浓度大幅降低,仅Se-H杂质含量较显著,约6ppm.芯玻璃在1550nm的三阶非线性折射率n2为~7.9x10-14cm2/W,零色散波长为~6.7μm.光纤在2~8μm传输损耗较低,背景损耗约1dB/m,Se-H杂质对应的4.54μm峰值损耗约6dB/m.
