经颅多谱勒仪测定31 例老年人脑梗塞康复期患者及28 例健康老年人大脑中动脉( MCA) 血流动力学参数,并对22 例MCA 血流速减低者进行体外反搏治疗。结果发现:老年人脑梗塞患者 MCA 的Vp ,Vm 低于健康老年人( P < 0 .01) ;两侧MCA 的DVp ,DVm 高于健康老年人( P < 0 .01) ,血流速不对称性高于健康老年人( P < 0 .01) ;体外反搏治疗后 MCA 的Vp ,Vm 增高( P < 0 .01) ,DVp ,DVm降低( P < 0 .01) ,血流速不对称性缩小( P < 0 .01) ;血流动力学疗效达81-8 % 。表明体外反搏治疗可改善患者脑血流动力学的状况。
The transcranial doppler was used to measure the hemodynamic parameters of MCA in 31 elderly patients with cerebral infarction and 28 healthy controls. EECP was performed in 22 MCA patients. The results showed that the Vp and Vm of MCA in elderly patients with cerebral infarction were lower than that of healthy elderly patients (P <0.01); the DVp and DVm of MCA in both sides were higher than those in healthy elderly (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The Vp, Vm of MCA increased (P <0.01), the DVp, DVm decreased (P <0.01) Symmetry reduced (P <0 .01); hemodynamic efficacy of 81-8%. EECP treatment can improve the patient’s hemodynamic status.
