目的探讨献血反应的发生原因,有针对性的提出护理方案。方法随机抽取38246例次无偿献血资料,进行咨询调查。结果在38245例次无偿献血者中发生反应者为516例,反应率为1.35%,其中因心理因素的原因为396例,占总献血反应人数的76.74%。献血前发生的献血反应为15例,占献血反应总人数
Objective To investigate the causes of blood donation reaction and put forward the nursing plan pertinently. Methods A total of 38,246 cases of voluntary blood donation were randomly selected for consultation. Results Among 38,245 unpaid blood donors, 516 cases responded and the response rate was 1.35%. Among them, 396 cases were caused by psychological factors, accounting for 76.74% of the total number of blood donors. Blood donation occurred before the blood reaction was 15 cases, accounting for the total number of blood donors
