Ascorbate acid (AsA) is an important antioxidant in plants,playing important roles in various plant physiological processes.In tomato,only a few genes involved in ascorbate metabolism have been cloned and identified,and little is known about ascorbate regulation especially in fruit.In this study,genes related to ascorbate biosynthesis and metablism were cloned from tomato.GME (SLGMEL and SLGME2) and SlGMP were constitutively expressed in roots,stems,leaves,flowers and fruits with various levels.Over-expressing SLGME1 and SLGME2 exhibited a significant increase in total ascorbic acid in leaves and red fruits of transgenic tomato plants compared with the wild-type,whereas the total ascorbate content in leaves and breaker fruit decreased remarkably in S1GME2 co-suppression transgenic lines.

通过对百合生理性烧叶形成的原因进行分析,找到了百合形成生理性烧叶的根本原因——百合幼叶组织缺钙.本文同时提出了一些防止和减轻叶烧的技术措施.对百合烧叶采取如下措施:改善通风条件,增加植株水分蒸腾;增加光照,提前打开遮阴网;促进根系生长,避免烧根;保持植株叶面干燥,避免植株上长时间积水;增施含钙肥料等。
本文以东方百合和OT杂种系百合试管鳞茎为试材,研究了百合试管鳞茎生长特性及栽培技术.试验结果表明,不同栽培模式下试管鳞茎生长特性有较大差异;不同品种试管鳞茎抽茎率和鳞茎周径差异较大;延长低温处理时间可促进出苗和茎的形成;泥炭和珍珠岩(7∶3)混合物作栽培介质有利改善通气和排水条件,适合百合试管鳞茎的生长.
用三年时间在浙江省农科院三位专家的指导下,对浙江省景宁县英川、景南、东坑等山区的百合真菌性、细菌性、病毒性、生理性病害与根螨进行了系统调查,结果表明:浙江省景宁县百合生产过程中有真菌性、细菌性、病毒性、生理性及线虫病与根螨等共21种病害,其中真菌性病害8种,细菌性病害1种,病毒病1种,根螨1种,生理性病害10种.以真菌性病害最为普遍且严重.本文还针对这些病害提出了一些防治措施.
