　　Objective:To investigate the effect of mifepristone on the proliferation,survival,apoptosis and differentiation of neural stem cells and then clarify its influence on the development of central nervous system.Methods:Neural stem cells were isolated from rat embryonic cerebral cortex at embryonic 14-15 days following the protocol established in Institute of Neurobiology,Xi an Jiaotong University College of Medicine.
