Introduction-Polysaccharide is the primary source of energy for organism.It is a sugar chain whice is composed of more than 20 monosaccharides.Studies show that polysaccharide has many pharmacological functions such as anti-bacteria, regulation of blood sugar and anti-fatigue.Determination and analysis of the monosaccharides of polysaccharide can be helpful for further utilisation, modification and structure-activity relationship for biological applications.
