Contrasting with most lab studies,first and foremost characteristic of the wild study is difficulty to compare with others because it is very hard to manipulate the subject or the condition in natural environment.Thus the very important thing for long-term study is to establish the systematic and standard method.We tentatively set up the systemization and standardization methods to build the fundamental data for studying Tibetan macaques in natural environment in both software and hardware via long-term searching.

我们于2009年9月至2010年8月,采用瞬时扫描取样采集麻阳河保护区内放养山羊的取食行为数据,并采用现场计数与走访调查当地山羊养殖规模;通过取食数据的比较分析放养山羊与黑叶猴的食物竞争,并参照政府部门的山羊养殖统计数据和发展规划,对麻阳河地区放养山羊规模养殖对黑叶猴所形成的资源竞争压力进行评估.
