The authors study on riverbed sedimentation control using a tidal reservoir.In this method, a tidal reservoir is connected to the river in the tidal area, and riverbed is scoured by the flow caused by the tidal reservoir which saves water at the flood-tide and this saved water is discharged from the tidal reservoir at the falling tide.
