通过杭州某工地6根大直径后注浆灌注桩的现场试验研究了软土地区桩端后注浆桩的尺寸效应特性以及后注浆对尺寸效应的影响。结果表明:后注浆对桩侧泥皮的固化、压密等作用减小了尺寸效应对侧阻的影响;而浆液上返高度以外的上部土层,侧阻尺寸效应显著,900 mm、1000 mm试桩侧阻尺寸效应系数实测值均比计算值要小,随着桩径的增大尺寸效应更为明显,用规范推荐的方法计算注浆桩侧阻尺寸效应系数偏于不安全;另一方面,实测砂、碎石类土层侧阻尺寸效应系数均比黏性土、粉土土层的要小;而端阻尺寸效应能基本消除。
Through the field test of six large diameter grouting piles in a construction site in Hangzhou, the size effect characteristics of the post grouting piles in the soft soil area and the effect of post grouting on the size effect were studied. The results show that the effect of the back grouting on solidification and compaction of the mud piles on the pile side reduces the effect of size effect on the lateral resistance; mm The lateral size effect coefficient of test side drag is smaller than the calculated value. With the increase of pile diameter, the size effect is more obvious. Calculating the size effect coefficient of side slip resistance of grouting pile is unsafe with the recommended method. On the one hand, the size effect coefficient of the lateral resistance of the measured sand and gravelly soils is smaller than that of the clay and silt layers, while the size effect of the end resistance can be basically eliminated.
