  朱砂叶螨Tetranychus cinnabarinus是棉花、蔬菜等经济作物上的重要害螨,其防控主要以化学防治为主.大环内酯类杀螨剂阿维菌素具有广谱、高效、低残留和对人畜及环境安全等特点,杀螨效果突出.之前的研究发现朱砂叶螨阿维菌素抗性品系中γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量显著高于敏感品系.GABA是脊椎动物和非脊椎动物中枢神经系统中重要的抑制性神经递质,生物体内GABA含量的调控是GABA合成与分解共同平衡的结果.参与GABA合成与分解的酶分别是谷氨酸脱羧酶(GAD)与γ-氨基丁酸转氨酶(GABA-T).
