烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶(Nampt) 是哺乳动物烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(NAD)合成途径的限速酶,调控着细胞内NAD 水平.NAD 是生命体内很多酶的辅酶,在许多细胞生理过程中发挥着重要作用.[1][2]Nampt 是NAD 补救合成途径的限速酶,而肿瘤细胞表现出高NAD 流通量.肿瘤细胞对NAD 的更强依赖使其比正常细胞更容易受到Nampt 抑制剂的影响.开发Nampt 抑制剂可以对肿瘤进行化疗干预,是抗肿瘤药物研究的新方向.
