　　In this work,we fabricated a novel electrochemical biosensing platform on the basis of proximity hybridization triggered isothermal exponential amplification reaction(EXPAR)for ultrasensitive protein analysis.Through rational design,the aptamers for platelet-derived growth factor BB(PDGF-BB)were integrated within two DNA probes.
