目的 观察氨氯地平单用及联用依那普利对肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHR)主动脉重塑及对其主动脉平滑肌细胞膜钠泵、钙泵活性和钠泵а1 亚单位及细胞质膜钙泵亚型1(PMCA1)mRNA表达水平的影响,探讨氨氯地平单用及联用依那普利改善动脉重塑的可能机制.
目的 探讨以氨氯地平为基础的联合降压治疗方案不能有效控制高血压患者血压的相关临床影响因素.方法 2008 年3 月至10 月在浙江省11 家医疗机构入选50～79 岁伴心血管病危险因素的高血压患者700 例,采用多中心、随机、开放、对照的临床试验方法,随机分为氨氯地平加复方阿米洛利组(A 组,354 例)或氨氯地平加替米沙坦组(B 组,346 例),进行早期联合药物降压治疗,随访观察8 周.
目的 观察高盐饮食对Wistar 大鼠心肌重塑的影响,探讨替米沙坦逆转左室重塑的可能机制.方法 Wistar 大鼠经高盐饲养后分为高盐高血压组(HSH 组 n=12)、高盐正常血压组(HSN组 n=12),并设立正常对照组(NS 组 n=13)和替米沙坦组(T 组 n=12),共干预23 周.
目的 探讨过氧化酶增殖物激活受体α(PPARα)激动剂非诺贝特对糜酶介导的大鼠心脏成纤维细胞(CFs)增殖的影响及作用机制.方法 用胰酶消化法分离、培养新生SD 大鼠的CFs,采用3H-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(3H-TdR)掺入法测定CFs 的DNA 合成,流式细胞术分析细胞周期,RT-PCR 检测PPARα 及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的mRNA 表达.
