OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to investigate association between plasma Klotho levels and Lacunar infarction in the elderly people.METHODS: The level of Klotho protein was tested in 88 elderly patients (age≥60 yrs.) with Lacunar infarction as a research group compared with 90 patients without Lacunar infarction as controls by ELISA.
