研究了稀土对盐浴渗钒工艺及渗层某些(?)能的影响。结果表明,渗钒剂中添加稀土元素具有明显的催渗作用,渗钒速度约提高28%;稀土渗钒渗层的耐磨性、耐蚀性和抗氧化性均有所提高。稀土通过增大渗剂钒势、活化钢的表面、降低碳原子扩散激活能来提高渗钒速度。
The effects of rare earth on vanadation of salt bath and some (?) Energy of the infiltrated layer were studied. The results show that the addition of rare earth elements in the vanadizing agent has a significant role in the infiltration of vanadium, the rate of vanadizing increased by about 28%; and the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance of the rare earth infiltrated vanadium improved. The rare earth increases the vanadizing rate by increasing the vanadium potential of the infiltrating agent, activating the surface of the steel and reducing the activation energy of diffusion of carbon atoms.
