利用SSR标记对家蚕多星纹基因(ms)进行定位分析

【摘要】

：

家蚕多星纹基因(multistar,ms,12-5.5)位于第12 染色体,在第3～7 腹节背面两侧各有一对星状附加斑纹,其数目与催青温度及遗传有关.利用家蚕雌不发生交换的特点,采用斑纹为素斑的家蚕品系C108 和斑纹为多星纹的家蚕品系g02 (ms) 组配正反交群体g02×C108) F1♀×g02♂ 和g02♀×(g02×C108) F1♂,分别记作BC1F 和BC1M,采用已经构建的家蚕SS

基于鲤双列杂交的三元杂交和回交的体重预测

使用3 种方法,以3 个品种鲤(建鲤、黄河鲤、黑龙江野鲤)双列杂交F1 代为试验材料进行三元杂交和回交的体重预测.结果表明:(1):6 个杂交组合和3 个自繁组合可产生三元杂交和回交共36 个组合;(2):通过GCA,SCA 预测模型,预测体重最高值的组合是Jhj;通过神经网络预测,组合Yhj 和Hyj 获得了最大的体重预测值.
