筛选并利用抗砷菌与蜈蚣草互作对砷污染土壤修复作用的研究

通过从石门雄黄矿区土壤中筛选得到了两株能在含砷浓度较高的培养基中生长良好的抗砷菌F、H,并将其接种到蜈蚣草的根际,利用“抗砷菌-蜈蚣草”组成新的修复体系联合修复砷污染土壤。结果表明:“抗砷菌-蜈蚣草”互相作用能明显提高蜈蚣草各部位对砷的吸收与富集能力,接种F菌的蜈蚣革的生长效率增加了39.13%,根系的长度增加了45.45%,地上部分含砷量增加了16.97%,接种H菌的蜈蚣草的生长效率增加了24.73%,根系的长度增加了27.27%,地上部分含砷量增加了10.71%;测定其脯氨酸和丙二醛含量,F、H菌可以减少蜈蚣草植株地下部分丙二醛和脯氨酸的含量,可以减轻砷对蜈蚣草的胁迫。至于抗砷菌是通过什么途径或方式与蜈蚣草相互作用达到这一效果尚不太清楚,有待进一步探讨与研究。
