作为国家重点建设项目的哈达山水利枢纽工程位于第二松花江下游河段,距第二松花江与嫩江汇合口处约60公里,是第二松花江干流最后一级控制性工程,也是《松花江、辽河流域水资源综合开发利用纲要》推荐的第一期工程。工程的建设任务是以吉林西部生活和工农业供水为主,兼顾生态环境保护供水、发电等综合利用。可以说,无论从工程总体布局、主要建设内容、工程规模、工程调度运用和供水规模来看,哈达山水利枢纽工程功在当代、利在千秋。为确保工程项目顺利进行,本文仅对哈达山水利枢纽工程施工安全设计做以初步探讨。
As a national key construction project, the Hadashan Hydropower Project is located at the lower reaches of the second Songhua River and about 60 kilometers away from the confluence of the second Songhua River and Nenjiang River. It is the last control project of the second Songhua River main stream and also the “Songhua River, Liaohe River Basin Comprehensive Development and Utilization of Water Resources ”recommended the first phase of the project. The construction task of the project is to provide water and water for industry and agriculture in the western part of Jilin City and give consideration to the comprehensive utilization of water supply and power generation in ecological environment protection. It can be said that no matter from the overall layout of the project, the main construction contents, the scale of the project, the application of the project scheduling and the scale of the water supply, the Hadashan Project is very successful in the present and future generations. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, this article only discusses the construction safety design of Hadashan Project.
