通过直流磁控溅射制备四种不同成分的非晶合金薄膜，采用纳米压入技术和球形压头，研究不同加载速率下的蠕变行为.结果表明：加载速率对蠕变的作用与成分相关.Ni-Nb蠕变与加载速率无关；La-Co-Al、Cu-Zr-Al 和W-Ru-B 蠕变变形与加载速率成正比.
