根据防洪要求确定火电厂直流供水系统中取水构筑物的顶面高程时,应考虑供水系统“事故停泵”工况的不利影响.为了解决“事故停泵”工况下进水前池内的设计洪水位取值问题,以规定的“防洪标准”为前提,以取水水体洪水位概率分布和引水系统“水力过渡过程”为基础,引入了“事故停泵”重现期这一概念;并考虑了“事故停泵”与“洪水”同时出现的可能性,直接采用概率分析的方法,建立了“求解进水前池内设计洪水位”的数学模型.进而,将该模型应用于实际工程,并对相关问题进行了探讨.
