以国内某AP1000核电站汽轮发电机基础选型为例,分析研究了弹簧基础、柔性基础和刚性基础3种不同汽轮发电机基础的动力性能.得出以下结论:弹簧基础减震效能更优越、柔性基础次之,刚性基础对地震反而具有放大作用;在机器扰力作用下,3种基础方案轴承点动力响应均能满足国际标准ISO 10816以及我国GB50040-96《动力机器基础设计规范》的要求,且差异不大;低烈度、地基较好区域,柔性基础方案更经济合理;中高烈度、地基较差区域,弹簧基础方案更优越.
Taking the selection of steam turbine generator foundation of an AP1000 nuclear power plant in China as an example, the dynamic performance of three different turbogenerators, including spring foundation, flexible foundation and rigid foundation, is analyzed and the conclusions are drawn as follows: , The second is based on the flexible foundation, but the rigid foundation has amplifying effect on earthquakes instead. Under the action of machine disturbance, the dynamic responses of the three kinds of bearing points can all meet the international standard ISO 10816 and the GB50040-96 “Basic Design Code of Power Machinery” Requirements, with little difference; low intensity, better foundation area, flexible foundation program more economical and reasonable; high intensity, poor foundation area, the spring foundation program is more superior.
