In the applications of organic electronic devices, high carrier mobility of the organic semiconductors(OSC)allows the device to operate at faster speed, however,at the same time it will cause unwanted waste heating effect in the device if the operating current goes up.To avoid performance degradation due wasted heat,it will be critical for us to investigate the thermal conductivity of the OSC which plays an important role in governing the heat dissipation paths inside the device and thus the overall operating temperatures.
